Enplug Live Chat Support Now Available

We believe that delivering a great customer experience is about meeting people where they already are. And since our customers are online, Enplug support is now online too with our new Live Chat feature! 

Now when you have a question or issue, you can access the Live Chat feature by visiting our Help Center. Once on that page, select the chat prompt in the bottom right corner, which will initiate a Live Chat window.

Our Live Chat hours are from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST. When using Live Chat during this time, you will have immediate access to chat with one of our Support Team members. Through the Live Chat, you can discuss and troubleshoot any issues you are having with your Enplug device or with the Enplug dashboard in real-time.

Additionally, you can use the Live Chat feature during off-hours to create Support Tickets which are viewed and handled immediately during Support Hours (5 a.m. – 6 p.m. PST).

Here are a few reasons you should take advantage of our Live Chat support:

  • Connect with an Enplug Support Team member immediately. No waiting on hold or for email replies – queries are promptly addressed.
  • Chat with a real person. Our Live Chat is manned by our real live human beings who can help you troubleshoot your specific issue or answer any questions.
  • Cut out the back and forth. Get your questions answered and issues resolved quickly. Live Chat can resolve issues in one session.
