Power to the Apps: Enplug’s Updated Content Management System

When we first designed Enplug, we wanted to make it as simple as possible for our users to play remarkable content on one or a few screens. As we’ve grown, our customers have grown, too – managing dozens, then hundreds, then thousands of displays. This year we’ve focused on making our platform more powerful for our customers with a completely redesigned Enplug Dashboard.

Late last week, we launched an update to the Enplug Dashboard that makes it radically simpler to manage apps and content across many screens.

New Content Management System

Instead of navigating to a display group to add or edit their digital signage apps, users can now set up an app and then play the app across their display groups.

This updated content management system offers several exciting benefits for our users, who can now:

  • Manage apps and content across many displays at once
  • Set up content on new displays much more quickly
  • Create different versions of each app to use on displays


As an example, users can now set up our Webpage App to show any URL and then play that URL on many different screens in just a few clicks.
